We install where we have accredited installers on the ground: the Northern Rivers to the Mid North Coast, and South Australia. There is no national call centre. We say whether your postcode is covered before the contract is signed.

Northern Rivers
The Off Grid Shop is at 80 Conway Street, Lismore. In a flood year the network went under water, and the houses running stand-alone power kept their fridges cold. Tweed
From the coast at Kingscliff up the valley to Murwillumbah and Uki, the Tweed mixes new coastal builds with properties a long way up a private road. Both land in the design form each week. Gold Coast
Suburban rooftops from Burleigh to Nerang, and the hinterland acreage behind them: Currumbin Valley, Tallebudgera, Tamborine Mountain, Canungra. In Queensland's storm season, the houses with batteries are the ones with the lights on in the evening news footage.
Mid North Coast
From Kempsey up through the Nambucca and Bellinger valleys to Coffs Harbour, and on through the Clarence: Grafton, Yamba, Maclean. Long rural feeder lines out here mean more outages and dearer connections. That is why serious storage and stand-alone power stack up. South Australia
Hills acreage, Fleurieu hinterland and Murraylands farms. Bushfire country, grid-edge blocks and rural feeders. Adelaide CBD retail sits outside this map. A designer already lives in SA.
