- Position: Administration Assistant
- Location: Training will be onsite in Lismore, NSW, and the role will transition to hybrid work after 6-8 weeks.
- Schedule: Full-time, 6 hours/day, Monday-Friday, during school hours

The Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with and learn from an experienced CEO, gaining valuable insights into business operations and emerging technologies like AI and automation.
The position starts with onsite training in Lismore, NSW, for the first 6-8 weeks, after which it transitions to hybrid work, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM.
In this role, you’ll support the business with administrative tasks, including regularly updating system prices and maintaining accurate records. You’ll also assist with order processing, customer communication, and contributing to marketing and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Price Updates: Regularly update system prices and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
- Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team.
- Marketing Assistance: Help with basic SEO tasks and content updates to enhance online visibility.
- System Management: Update and maintain CRM tools and other business systems.
- Technology Projects: Collaborate on AI, automation, and technology projects to improve business processes.
- Shadowing Opportunity: Work closely with the CEO, gaining hands-on experience and insights into business operations.

What We're Looking For:
- A local candidate who can work remotely after onsite training.
- Great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Proactive and able to take initiative when identifying areas for improvement.
- A quick learner who is comfortable asking questions when unsure.
Interest in AI, automation, and technology. - Basic understanding of SEO or a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Go High Level CRM is a plus but not required.
